Featured listing FAQs
What does a featured listing cost?
The introductory price is ₹999 for 12 months, limited to the first 100 listings on HealthFinder (100 left). After that the regular price is ₹6,000 per month, paid in advance for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. All prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of GST; a GST invoice is emailed after approval.
How do I pay?
By UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking through Stripe's secure checkout. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription: nothing is charged again unless you choose to renew.
What happens after I pay?
HealthFinder reviews the listing within 2 working days. We check that the practice exists, that the person paying represents it and that the profile details are accurate. If we approve it, the Featured card goes live for the full term. If we cannot approve it, the payment is refunded in full to the original method.
Does paying change my position in the ranked list?
No. The ranked list is ordered by Google rating weighted by review count and published facts, and it stays that way. A featured listing is a separate, clearly labelled card above the list.
Can I renew?
Yes. Thirty days before the term ends you will see a renew link on your profile and in the admin reminder we send; renewing is another one-time payment at the price in force then.
Is there a refund after approval?
Refunds are automatic if we do not approve the listing. After approval the placement is live and the fee is not refundable, except where HealthFinder removes the listing for its own reasons, in which case the unused months are refunded.
