Privacy Notice
What HealthFinder collects when you browse or send an appointment request, how long it is kept, and who it is shared with.
HealthFinder keeps the data it needs to run a directory and pass on appointment requests, and no more.
Appointment and price requests
When you send a request we store your name, your contact details, the message you typed, the page you sent it from and a salted hash of your IP address for rate limiting. We pass the request to the doctor, hospital or centres you chose. The provider contacts you directly; its handling of your details is governed by its own notice. Do not include medical records in the message.
Listing claims and messages
Claim, correction and contact forms store what you type, your email and a salted IP hash. We use them to reply and to update the listing.
Saved listings
The Save button keeps a list in your own browser. Nothing is sent to us until you open the saved page.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare's privacy-preserving analytics, which set no cookie. Form pages may load Cloudflare Turnstile to stop automated submissions.
Listing data
Provider names, addresses, phone numbers and websites are business details published on Google Maps, government registers and the providers' own sites. A provider can ask for its listing to be corrected or removed through the corrections form.
