HealthFinder is a directory and referral service. It is not a hospital, a clinic, a doctor or a medical adviser, and it does not take part in any treatment or contract between you and a provider.
Information
Listings, fees, prices and register entries are compiled from public sources on the dates shown. They may be out of date or wrong. Confirm every fee, price, scheme and registration with the provider and the scheme authority before relying on it. Nothing on HealthFinder is medical advice; in an emergency call 112.
Requests
By sending a request you ask us to pass your details to the provider or providers you chose so they can contact you. We do not guarantee a reply or an appointment.
Use of the site
You may link to any page and cite the statistics with attribution. You may not scrape the site, copy listings in bulk or submit false claims or corrections.
Liability
HealthFinder is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the directory.
